Procedures
Enable Analytics & Learning mode
Configure ANALYTICS_LEARNING_MODE and opaque live credential refs without storing raw secrets or enabling public writes.
Check Phase 7 Analytics import health
Review stale source checks, failed connection checks, and low-confidence performance snapshots on the existing dashboard.
Period review (weekly, monthly, or manual)
Import snapshots, build campaign_results, generate marketing_review_package via p7_weekly_review_generation with validated review_type, then approve.
Extract and promote durable learnings
After an approved review, extract learning candidates, approve individually, then promote to the learning library.
Revise after needs_revision
Open the object with a canonical needs_revision approval_event, run p7_learning_revision, and queue a new approval_item.
Create a prompt/rule update proposal
Select approved learnings and an existing Prompt System target; generate a proposal with tests; submit for Approval System review.
Record prompt/rule activation evidence
After operators apply an approved proposal via the existing Prompt System path, record activation evidence only (ADR-713).
Investigate stale or failed analytics sources
Triage missing/failed/stuck/stale analytics_source_health rows without enabling provider write scopes.
Investigate low-confidence performance snapshots
Review low/unknown confidence snapshots before using them in period reviews or learning extraction.
Investigate PII or external-write blocks
Diagnose p7_pii_policy_blocked / p7_external_write_blocked without bypassing redaction or enabling public writes.
Disable Phase 7 quickly
Set ANALYTICS_LEARNING_MODE=disabled to stop Phase 7 workflows without rolling back Phase 1–6.
Verify Phase 7 safety boundaries
Confirm ADR-701..716 gates with automated suites before operator handoff.
